About
I am an independent HR consultant with over 20 years of experience. I’ve worked in senior, generalist HR positions, with a focus on Employee Relations.
I specialise in supporting small businesses that either don’t have in-house HR or 'local - UK' HR.
Having worked closely with many entrepreneurs, family owned business leaders and CEOs, I provide advice and wording to upskill managers so they are confident with difficult conversations.
I also develop and implement performance metrics to align competencies, culture and desired behaviours.
I am also a BreatheHR partner and can implement the self-service platform to your business.
